I don’t live in or have a lot of familiarity with Fresno, or services there, like local florists for a family funeral. I did what most others would do, search the internet. I narrowed my choice to 3 after reviewing search results, reviews and websites, then called 2. Nana’s was my 2nd call, and from the conversation of what I wished to order, I legitimately trusted I was putting the job in good hands. Welcoming, confident, courteous, and creative ideas all contributed to ordering a large funeral wreath (a week before needing to be delivered). Next I heard from them was to confirm delivery with a photo of their floral creation. Completely happy with the result - across the board - me making the order from afar, and the family, upon seeing the wreath. Thanks Nana’s!
