The customer service was superb. The order was confirmed immediately, and then the next day we were notified that the order was in process, and finally when the floral arrangement was delivered. The recipient (who was not at home at the time) was also notified letting her know the arrangement had been delivered. We were sent a picture of the actual flowers sitting on the recipient's porch. The floral arrangement was lovely. We highly recommend Nana's Flower Shop and will definitely use them in the future! Thank you for your incredible service!
